Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and a great location near local bars. Although the dining experience could be improved, the overall value for money is good.
The hotel rooms need updating and repairs; they can be very warm even in winter. The lighting could be improved, and I found the rooms to be quite dirty with empty bottles under the beds, sweets on the floor, and bedclothes ripped at seams. The walls also had streaks where there was a leak or just partly washed.
The hotel offers a nice place with friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, but the rooms need some touching up in decor as there were issues like paint peeling and tiles falling off. Despite some cleanliness issues, the staff was professional and went above and beyond. The location is easy to find in a leafy suburb, but there were minor hesitations in assisting with transportation. The dining experience was very nice with great gluten-free options. Overall, a cozy stay with good amenities.
The hotel had a few cleanliness issues in the rooms and needed some decor updates, but overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the lack of soundproofing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great value for money with their simple but excellent fresh food and relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient for those traveling to Cork, although some litter was present. The dining experience had some cold dishes and limited breakfast options, but the staff were helpful. The facilities were sufficient, and the quiet atmosphere throughout our three-night stay was memorable.
The hotel was very tasteful with lovely muted shades, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, prompt with their service, and friendly. The location was clean, comfortable, and accommodating, and our stay was wonderfully quiet. The dining experience was very good with a wide choice but could have benefited from more staff presence. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room placement and timeliness issues.
